A PGM concentrator plant requires experienced Plant Operators to operate milling, flotation, and thickener circuits. You will monitor process parameters, make operational adjustments, and ensure targets for recovery and throughput are consistently achieved while maintaining safety standards.

Grade 12 or N3 with Science and Mathematics. Minimum 3 years concentrator operating experience (milling and flotation essential). Knowledge of PGM metallurgy advantageous. Valid medical fitness certificate. Willing to work rotating shifts.
