A conventional underground gold mining operation requires an Assistant Electrical to support qualified electricians in the maintenance of underground electrical infrastructure. Duties include cable laying, distribution board maintenance, pump station electrical work, and general electrical assistance.

N3 Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade Test in progress. Minimum 2 years underground electrical assistance experience. Certificate of fitness for underground work. Valid medical fitness certificate. Knowledge of underground safety protocols.
